Skip the kitchen this holiday season and Let us Cook for you! Order a smoked ham, smoked turkey breast, brisket and your choices of fixins ready to be picked up on Christmas Eve December 24th from 11:30 to 2pm. All orders must be prepaid and timeslots will be assigned and confirmed.
Ways To Order:
In Person- place your order at Hendrick’s BBQ on 1200 S Main Street St. Charles
By Phone – a manger will finalize your order, take payment and assign your pick-up time. (Please note any calls during peak dinner hours may be asked to leave a call back number for a manager to return your call to assist you with your order)
By Form -Fill out the form and click submit and a manager will contact to finalize your order, take payment and assign your pick-up time.
On-Line Ordering – Follow the links for Online Ordering Select items from the Christmas Catering Pre-Order Menu category. Type your pick-up day and time preference in the notes box. Any item in the Christmas Catering Online menu category is a pre-order and not available for same day pick-up. Finalize and pay. A manager will contact you and confirm with your actual Pick-up Time slot.
FAQ's
Can I dine-in at Hendricks on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day?
We will be open Christmas Eve with modified hours. Christmas Day the dining room is not open to public service.
Can I order Christmas Catering items for days besides days listed?
We are dedicated to producing specialty Christmas Catering items for Christmas Eve only.
However, please contact us for our regular catering menu orders, Company catering orders, or special events.
Can I order now and pay when I pick it up?
Unfortunately, no, All Holiday dinners must be paid for in advanced.
Can I order my turkey now and order sides when I get there?
All items need to be ordered in advance as we prepare items fresh daily. While we do our best to accommodate any little last minute requests items you may want could be out of stock.
Can I pick up my order at a different day or time?
Pick-Ups will be assigned at the time the order is placed and confirmed. All orders will be picked up during these times. Any orders not picked up on the manager confirmed day and time frame explained at ordering will be forfeited/lost with no refunds.
We will be operating on specialty hours and closing so our employee can celebrate with their families.
Can I choose what sized turkeys I can order?
All turkey breasts are considered one size precooked weight (between 8 and 10 lbs). Due to this year’s Supply Chain on Turkey, this size is the availability
from our meat suppliers. We are offering Turkey Breasts and or Sliced Turkey per pound for 2024. We are not offering options of single Turkey Legs ( But we recommend you try the chicken wings!).
How do I reheat my BBQ?
Make sure to transfer items out of the to-go containers and into an oven safe dish. Cover with foil and rewarm in a low temp oven between 250-350°F until the internal temperature is to 165°F. The higher temperature the oven the higher the risk of over-cooking, burning, or drying out the BBQ. We suggest following proper guidelines from your local health department to maintain proper temperatures. Refrigerate leftovers in a clean, airtight container.
